Front Range Timber was founded in 2014 by the Trombley family. They ran the business with true family values and always put the customer first. They had a passion for finding the highest quality vintage barns and structures and saving the wood of those structures from being destroyed. That passion resulted in a thriving community of reclaimed wood camaraderie and commerce. The woods sold at Front Range Timber represent that original passion and make for a striking and beautiful addition to private homes and public business’s alike.
In 2020 the Trombley family sold the business. FRT was bought by Greg Reinhardt-Ruprecht, who also happened to be an employee of Front Range Timber. Greg, a veteran and retired police officer, has kept the same family value structure alive and well, all while implementing new creative energy into the business. A great example is our NEW Custom Fabrication Division, which brings custom tables, countertops, mantles and more directly to our customers–built and installed by FRT using the most choice examples from our wood selection. Greg’s brand of creative thinking, enthusiasm and willingness to grow is sure to bring more new products to the table, while always maintaining the largest in-stock inventory of reclaimed wood on the Front Range of Colorado.
