Product Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or simply change your mind, feel free to return it within 30 days of your purchase. Material can not have been installed, nailed, cut, or glued prior to returning. Buyer pays return freight.

How to Make a Return

Include a hard copy of your product invoice, which was emailed to you, inside the return packaging.

Let us know if you would like a refund or an exchange.

Include a daytime phone # where we can contact you in the event further information is needed to complete your refund/exchange.
